How do I place an order?

Just click on a product you like and add to cart and follow the easy checkout process. 

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process our orders very quickly so unfortunately we can’t make changes after an order has been placed. Kindly send us an email at info@rigash.com and we’ll see how we can assist you.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

When can I expect delivery of my order? 

Our orders are shipped within 2-4 days once you place your order. If your order is expected to take longer we will contact you immediately. If you'd like to receive your order before the 4 day mark, kindly email us on info@rigash.com and we will do our best to make it happen.

We ship worldwide.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Orders made through the Rigash website are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from our studio. The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange with you a convenient delivery time.

 

How much does shipping cost?

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

Can I exchange or return my order?

At Rigash, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our studio. We don’t accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. Firstly, we apologize if the product received was damaged. Customers can only exchange damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days of purchase date. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, un-ironed with all the tags and the original packaging.
